Jetbangala Terms & Conditions – Full English Version

Jetbangala (hereinafter "the Platform" or "we") is an online betting and gaming service operating under an international gaming licence. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between jetbangala and its registered users ("you" or "member").

This agreement has been written in Bangla for the convenience of users in Bangladesh. In the event of any conflict between the Bangla and English versions, the English version shall prevail.

By using any jetbangala service, you agree to be bound by this agreement in full. If you disagree with any of the terms, please refrain from using our services.

To create an account on jetbangala, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each individual may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all accounts will be closed and any balance may be forfeited.

• Provide your full name, date of birth, and accurate contact details at the time of registration.
• Verifying your phone number and email address is mandatory.
• A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport must be submitted to process a withdrawal.
• Keeping your password confidential is your responsibility. Accounts may not be shared with anyone.
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, contact jetbangala Support immediately.

Jetbangala strictly prohibits underage gaming. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the platform. Providing false information about your age during registration is a serious violation.

We conduct regular age verification checks. If any account holder is found to be under 18, the account will be suspended immediately and all associated transactions will be voided.

If a minor from your household or someone known to you has accessed this platform, please notify our support team immediately.

Before placing a bet at jetbangala, make sure you have read the specific rules for each match. The general rules are outlined below:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the Cash Out option is active.
• The minimum stake per bet is ৳50, up to the applicable maximum limit.
• Live bet odds may change in real time once a match has kicked off.
• Jetbangala reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If a match or event is cancelled, stakes will be refunded. For partially played events, the rules of play will apply.

• Deposit: Minimum ৳200. Successful deposits are typically credited to your account within 2–5 minutes.
• Withdrawal: Minimum ৳500. For KYC-verified accounts, withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method that was used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal from a bonus balance is only permitted after the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• If you experience any issue with a transaction, contact Support within 30 minutes and keep your transaction ID on hand.

• The welcome bonus is available once only and is exclusive to newly registered members.
• Withdrawing from a bonus typically requires completing 5–10x wagering.
• If the bonus wagering requirement has not been met, only the original deposited amount may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may be forfeited if multiple accounts are detected or if members of the same household share a single device.
• All bonus offers have an expiry date — once expired, the bonus will no longer be valid.

Jetbangala reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• If false information was provided at the time of registration.
• If multiple accounts are found to be operated by the same person, or if there is evidence of bonus abuse.
• If a user exploits a technical error or system glitch for misconduct.
• If there is suspicion of money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• If identified as a minor.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team.
